We're not attorneys, so we don't charge attorney prices. That also means we don't give legal advice, but we do give you real, human advice from a team that has helped more than 2,000 parents secure the leave they're entitled to, totaling $67,429,244 in paid parental leave benefits. We're an all-women team. Most of us are moms. We've done the research, filled out the forms, gotten denied, and sat on hold with insurance companies, only to hang up more confused than when we called. We get it… because we've lived it. And now we've lived it 2,000 more times alongside the parents we've helped.
Our consulting packages start at $397. We know that's real money; it doesn't go far at Costco these days. But that price is intentional. We pay our consultants exceptionally well, because these women have incredible expertise and they deserve to be compensated for it — even if corporate America decided otherwise the moment they became moms.
And we're not done growing. We're currently building a parental leave management software platform that will allow us to serve far more families, at a lower price point, because not every parent will need to work one-on-one with a consultant. More access, for more people, that's the whole point.
