Hi, I'm Linzay!

Six weeks after returning from my second parental leave in early 2021, I quit a job I loved.

When the postpartum fog cleared, I realized my parental leave wasn't enough. Not enough time, not nearly enough support, and definitely not enough pay. Working for a small nonprofit with no HR to turn to, I was left to navigate benefits, job protection, and extended disability for postpartum anxiety all on my own.

I knew I couldn't be the only one. So between diaper changes and microwaving dino nuggets, I dug into every resource I could find. I pulled from my background in HR, read through all the fine print, and built Hello, Bundle to help new parents understand and use the benefits they're entitled to.
